Downtown

The Emerald City’s downtown corridor is home to the mother of all farmer’s markets, the world’s first Starbucks, and a unique blend of independent specialty shops, bars, and restaurants. Navigate through the one-way streets and busy crowds to visit some of our favorite hidden gems, not-so-hidden landmarks, and to discover just part of what makes this town so great.

Under the viaduct, sits one of our favorite weekend treasures. Besides the great (atypical) antique furniture, there is a huge selection of old wooden clocks, model airplanes, patches, and magazines, that takes us back to Grandpa Earl's garage. The staff is really friendly and prices fair. If you can get through the traffic hordes of the waterfront, there is free parking, and a creepy Mickey Mouse to welcome you.
