Praga Południe

Praga Południe is a borough of Warsaw located on the eastern bank of the Vistula river. For years, it was mostly a residential area. However, recent years have seen a raise of creative small businesses, restaurants, bars and galleries, especially around the modernist Francuska (French) street and originally industrial Mińska (Minsk) street. This was possible partly thanks to the construction of the new National Stadium brought an influx of tourists and became a landmark of the neighbourhood. The area offers a bit of everything, with new businesses opening every week.

Park Skaryszewski

One of the largest parks in Warsaw, established in 1905. With its multiple lakes, rivers, monuments, paths, plant and animal species (beavers, hedgehogs, squirrels, and many others) it offers a true getaway from the urban sprawl, despite being located not far from the city center. The park is a popular spot for jogging, picnics, sunbathing in the summer, and ice skating in the winter.
