It is the heart of the city and for some tourists, with the red light district and coffee shops, the only neighbourhood to visit in Amsterdam. A bit overwhelmed by the red light district? Grab a coffee and a piece of pie at De Koffieschenkerij, a small cafe that is attached to the beautiful old church. Feel the serenity of the old church inside the café or enjoy their lovely patio outside. They have a nice lunch menu as well.
