Prenzlauer Berg

Cobble stones and tree-lined streets barely scratch the surface of what Prenzlauer Berg has on offer. Overflowing with restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques, the neighbourhood is just a short cycle from the city centre yet warrants no reason to leave. While Prenzlauer Berg is one of Berlin’s more gentrified areas, it still encapsulates the gritty charm that visitors and locals alike can’t seem to get enough of.

Book Exchange

Address
48 Sredzkistraße

Just outside popular cafe Anna Blume, you’ll stumble across a bizarre looking tree trunk. With a little inspection you will see it is a book exchange, filled with novels, picture books and pages that appear they have been read a hundred times. Grab a book during you’re travels but remember it’s an exchange! The idea is you leave one behind in place of another.
