These two neighbouring areas are where locals live, eat out and live their day to day. Less bustle than the city center and less hyped than the Belgian Quarter - Kwartier Latäng & Rathenauviertel are home to the "student party mile", traditional Kölsch food, old-school Colognians, beautiful shops and the odd historical landmark. Great areas for foodies to explore or to find the perfect spot to sit back and relax.
When you walk in, please note that you will probably walk out with awesome sneakers. The Good Will Out is the best of the west when in comes to shopping for kicks in Cologne. From special editions Nikes to the whole rainbow worth of New Balances, they’ll be sure to hook you up. They also run Nigh Shop nearby and the one and only European Sneaker Museum.
