Brasserie Georges is the classic establishment in Lyon. It's been cut off slightly by the Perrache station, but it's still very popular with locals and tourists alike. The place is beautiful and massive, which means you can always find a place to eat here, even though sometimes you have to wait a bit. It's famous for it's Sauerkraut & Sausages dish as well as the shellfish platter. However you can find all kinds of Lyonnais dishes here, as well as their own beer of course!
