Every respectable french neighbourhood has to have its Fromagerie! In Ainay, Chez Augustin is our favourite place to get our regular cheese fix from. It’s a small and very local shop with an incredible smell as you walk in. Augustin has a small selection of only great quality cheeses, and we can assure you that this is the best place to get Raclette cheese (plain or smoked), Reblochon and the list can go on and on.
