Your taste buds (and human buds) can always enjoy some fired-up bird, plus some of the best chef-made cuisine, casual fare and bar life East of the Cumberland River. Forever ragtag, Easty has become the popular kid while holding onto her gritty, vibe-y charm—and the promise of showing all a damn good time.

If you only have time for one meal in Nashville, make your reservation. Margot McCormick, the French Chef de cuisine responsible for the alchemy that is Margot, is usually found in the kitchen. And as with most great chefs, she’ll occasionally deliver a plate—or several—throughout brunch or dinner service. The menu changes daily with what’s fresh but some interpretations are ever-present during brunch: steak and eggs, a quiche or two and poached eggs. Dinner is spectacular. With some of the freshest seafood our city sees, she makes decadence using simple, rich ingredients. And don’t ask about dessert. Just order two.
