An antidote to the grab-and-go’s soggy sandwiches sweating in plastic packaging. Phew! If you must carry a briefcase, at least you can fill it with the likes of buckwheat-cacoa granola with hazelnut yoghurt or Thai-style tofu slaw or wasabi-salmon salad with quinoa, kale and pickled cucumber. Or sit a spell with the paper and a Seven Seeds single origin. Go on, loosen that tie.
