During the 18th Century this area was called “The barn courtyard” and it was here the king grazed his cattle. Much has happened since then. Today Östermalm is the Upper East Side of Stockholm, where the rich and famous live. And it’s easy to tell by the area’s luxury shopping and dining. If you’re an early bird and a breakfast lover, this is the place for you. The breakfast buffet is served between 7.00-10.30 am every day and is definitely worth a visit. The price is a bargain considering what you get. You can also pick up some delicacies at their counter on the way out if you want the feast to continue the whole day.
