During the 18th Century this area was called “The barn courtyard” and it was here the king grazed his cattle. Much has happened since then. This small restaurant is Gastrologik’s (one star in the Michelin Guide) pantry. Besides the food being an experience in itself, the great thing about this place is that you don’t have to book a table a month in advance.The wine is well selected to match the Scandinavian flavors found on the plates.
