Carroll Gardens is a historic neighborhood in south Brooklyn named after the expansive gardens perfectly manicured in front of its brownstones. Not only does Carroll Gardens have rich Italian roots, but it boasts a ton of pride. From the friendly neighbors to the amazing local business owners, this tiny neighborhood has enough heart and soul for all of New York City.
Everything in the shop has been carefully hand-selected with lots of love.
Bar Bruno is our favorite Mexican bistro. The quirky atmosphere is something unlike any other restaurant in NYC and the food isn't too shabby either! We love going for brunch and getting an order of huevos rancheros with a frozen margarita as we gaze out the windows and watch the strollers go by. Bar Bruno is situated in one of the quietest nooks of Carroll Gardens and we highly recommend you walk around nearby blocks as you digest the many beans you just ate!
