Carroll Gardens is a historic neighborhood in south Brooklyn named after the expansive gardens perfectly manicured in front of its brownstones. Not only does Carroll Gardens have rich Italian roots, but it boasts a ton of pride. From the friendly neighbors to the amazing local business owners, this tiny neighborhood has enough heart and soul for all of New York City.

Supporting this old-school bakery is a no-brainer for how delicious the entire block smells when Caputo's is baking. Not only is everything delicious, but it's by far the cheapest you can get! That good-looking focaccia is only three bucks! Don't dilly-dally in line, though, or you might get yelled at by the charmingly efficient ladies behind the counter.
