Mar Vista is what you may have called an "up & coming" neighborhood a few years ago. Centrally located between Venice and Culver City, it is a great community with a lot of fresh, unique stuff going on and a growing creative population. We're proud to call it our home and are stoked on all the awesomeness within walking distance to our design studio.
Oh my Omusubi! Sunny Blue makes simple and unassuming, yet supremely filling Japanese rice balls with a variety of different mouth-watering fillings. Miso beef is a solid first bet, but the Ebi Mayo is a delicious second decision. If you dare to get a third we suggest you get adventurous – our other faves are the Tokyo Tori, Curry Salmon and Kara Tuna. Eat inside or outside in the breezy alley way and enjoy some potent matcha tea on the house.
