The neighborhood is peppered with iconic architecture by mid-century modernists such as John Lautner, Rudolph Schindler and Richard Neutra. The reservoir, although currently being drained, is an oasis within the city for people and nature. Alongside the neighborhood staples, Sunset Boulevard continues to flourish as a springboard for new shops and cafés. They source wine from small-batch, often family-owned, wineries. The staff is quick to navigate their special inventory with their expertise knowledge of taste and origin. They host weekly tastings but check the schedule for availibilty.
