Located just north of Old City, Northern Liberties is one of Philly's most popular neighborhoods filled with boutique shops, bars and restaurants. Cheap studio space lured artists from Old City in the 90's and the neighborhood has been in transition since. Now an established neighborhood, Northern Liberties may not be cheap anymore, but it's lure and charm are as strong as ever.
Heritage is new to the already plentiful Northern Liberties bar and restaurant scene, but it also has a lot to offer: high ceilings, a long bar, live jazz every night, a huge draft list, a small outdoor area, plenty of seating, and a great garage door that stays open street-side in good weather.
