Fremont is a small neighborhood on the north side of Lake Union known best for its old school hippies, and sweeping views of the Seattle skyline. In recent years Fremont has become home to some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in the city. Spend a little time here and you’ll understand why it’s affectionately known by it’s residents as “the center of the universe.”

Dare we say this place is the crown jewel of Fremont?! Joule is the newest sister to Revel (also found in Fremont). It is also Korean inspired cuisine, but it's just a little more laid back. Their brunch buffet (yes buffet) features a rotating monthly theme and is always a hit.
