Fremont is a small neighborhood on the north side of Lake Union known best for its old school hippies, and sweeping views of the Seattle skyline. In recent years Fremont has become home to some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in the city. Spend a little time here and you’ll understand why it’s affectionately known by it’s residents as “the center of the universe.”

Bustling and bright, Manolin opened in late 2014 and became a fast favorite in Fremont. The menu is pretty much perfection. Do yourself a favor and get the rockfish civeche, it's the best.
