Ybor City

Back in the day, Ybor City was home to the world’s largest cigar rolling factories and the central hub for hispanic refugees to make new lives. Today, although some of those factories still stand, they are occupied by some of our favorite restaurants, bars, and after-work hangouts. From sushi and breweries to the historic architecture, Ybor City offers some of the coolest places to visit. The City also boasts multiple historic hispanic clubs including the Cuban Club, Centro Asturiano, and El Centro Español de Tampa. Overall, Ybor is a modernization of some the coolest history Florida has to offer.

Literally a small bungalow that serves sushi, which is located within walking distance from Centro Ybor. Enjoy an intimate meal with delicious, moderately priced sushi and some of the nicest staff. Although they have the classics when it comes to sushi, Sushi House also crafts some of their own; definitely try the Lollipop roll or the firecracker roll!
