With the simple goal to help Vancouverites discover real cheese, Benton Brothers does just that with their ever-changing variety of handcrafted, artisanal, small production cheeses. Stinky, salty, earthy, pungent, mild, creamy, hard, soft, whatever your preference is, be sure to ask one of the brothers the backstory on your cheese of choice – cheese nerds at heart they will share with you the stories of each of the makers that produce the small run imported cheeses that stock their displays. They even know the names of the cows that are grass fed in alpine pastures – just kidding, but seriously they know a lot about cheese.
