Founder, Eric Pateman, is not looking to simply recreate nostalgic dishes, but constantly innovate and explore Canadian food identity. Bare in mind, he’s clear that this is not “tweezer food”, but has created a menu that focuses on incredible Canadian ingredients from 300 artisan food suppliers - p.s. you won't be able to order a Coke here. Try the duck poutine for a Quebecois classic with a twist - duck confit, duck gravy, fresh cheese curds, served with a perfect sunny side up egg. Visit their artisan retail shop to find finely produced Canadian culinary gifts, like Amola Salt and Mellifera Bees honey, to take home.
