Heirloom Vegetarian Restaurant is the well-loved product of owners, Gus Greer and Yogi Johl’s, personal transition to vegetarianism. Focused on quality of life and the provenance of ingredients, they have created a fine dining experience that is focused on a plant-based menu. Heirloom creates dishes that highlight the intricacies of terroir and seasonality on flavour. Heirloom is a gem in the city, and their best kept secret really isn’t a secret: the atmosphere and design of their heritage space is the perfect place to enjoy an Heirloom Gimlet on a Friday night or a Kale Refresher juice on a Sunday morning.
